Leveraging M&A for Growth

Brought in to help establish M&A strategy.  Established M&A structure and executed on the sourcing, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration of $60M of revenue through 6 acquisitions.  Delivered on KPIs for business resulting in a fast growing, unified business with additional customers, products, and services.

International Expansion

Brought in to manage the international market development for Canada, UK, and Europe. Effectively established team, structure and process and effectively launched business resulting in $20M in first years revenues.  In addition to organic launch, sourced, diligenced, negotiated, closed and integrated a UK acquisition that grew over 100% in the first year post transaction.  

Successful Sale

Brought in to to manage the sales process for business including pipeline of potential buyers, development of marketing materials, management of due diligence process, preparation and negotiation of definitive agreements and successful closing of the transaction.  Resulted in doubling of valuation expectation.

Successful Restructure

Brought in to to manage the the restructuring $300M data center and broadband business.  Successfully managed sales process for these business lines including pipeline of potential buyers, development of marketing materials, management of due diligence process, preparation, negotiation of definitive agreements., closing and migration of these assets to the various buyers.  Resulted in recapture of invested capital.
